Job Summary Infinity Nett Management is seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to lead our night shift cleaning operations. In this "working supervisor" role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and security of our client's facility while guiding a small team of custodial staff. The ideal candidate has a phenomenal work ethic, a strong background in commercial cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in delivering a flawless facility by the end of every shift.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Direct and assist the nightly cleaning crew, ensuring all tasks are completed to company standards within the allotted timeframe.

Active Cleaning: Perform and oversee all standard cleaning duties, including vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying interior/exterior trash.

Facility Maintenance: Clean interior windows, restock restroom supplies, and immediately address spills or other safety hazards.

Exterior Upkeep: Ensure the parking lot and front entrances are cleared of trash and debris daily.

Quality Assurance & Reporting: Conduct end-of-shift walk-throughs, write detailed shift reports of areas cleaned, and promptly notify the Sr. Operations Manager of any major repair needs or employee attendance issues.

Security Protocol: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and secure the building by locking all designated doors and setting alarms once cleaning is complete.

Operational Flexibility: Perform any additional duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of the facility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in janitorial/commercial cleaning services, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.

Logistics: Valid driver’s license and highly reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of commercial cleaning supplies, chemical safety, and equipment operation.

Physical Requirements: Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift at least 25 lbs.

Attributes: Must be a proactive hard worker with high attention to detail, a strong professional work ethic, and the ability to effectively communicate with management.
