About the Role:

Veritas Environmental Services LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations in the Winston-Salem area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire a team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service standards. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily janitorial and custodial staff activities across assigned facilities

Working Supervisor role

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met

Train, mentor, and evaluate janitorial team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, submitting orders as needed

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Communicate with clients and facility managers to address concerns and maintain strong relationships

Prepare schedules and assign duties to cleaning staff to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

Previous supervisory or team lead experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities management

Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and sanitation standards

Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and safe handling of cleaning chemicals

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the Winston-Salem area

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client interaction

Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
