The Inventory Supply Runner is responsible for delivering janitorial supplies, chemicals, paper products, equipment, and other inventory items to customer locations. This position ensures facilities remain properly stocked, inventory levels are accurately tracked, and supply storage areas are maintained in an organized and efficient manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver cleaning chemicals, paper products, tools, and other supplies to assigned customer locations.

Audit inventory levels prior to unloading and restocking supplies.

Record inventory counts, deliveries, returns, and discrepancies using a mobile app or paper logs.

Pick up dirty linens, damaged equipment, empty containers, and excess supplies for return processing.

Organize supply closets and storage areas

Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas.

Verify deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.

Communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, and replenishment needs to management.

Provide professional customer service at all locations.

Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.

Previous experience in delivery, inventory control, warehouse operations, or janitorial services preferred.

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the U.S.
