Janitorial Team Member (Part-Time, Evenings)
Schedule:
3–4 hour evening shifts
Monday–Friday (required)
Consistent weekday evening availability is mandatory
Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Team Member to perform evening cleaning services after business hours. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady, part-time evening work with a consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
Empty trash and replace liners
Spot-clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces
Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures
Communicate issues/concerns immediately to the manager
Ensure the facility is secure upon completion of the shift
Requirements:
Must be available Monday–Friday for evening shifts (3–4 hours per shift)
Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to start at 5:30 PM daily
Sites with multiple team members MUST start and end together
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Open to feedback and special requests from sites on occasion
Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs)
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Must pass a background check
