Janitorial Technician

Eagle Technologies designs and manufactures state of the art aircraft systems and components for the aerospace industry, with a niche in helicopter rotor system and prop blade development. We are AS9100 Rev D certified in all aspects of our operation, working routinely in both composites and aerospace metals. Our team takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility that supports high-quality production and employee success. Salary: $19-25/hr dependent on qualifications and related experience

The Janitorial Technician is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the facility. This role supports both office and production environments by maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient workplace for all employees and visitors.

**Summary of Duties & Responsibilities: **

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
• Restock restroom, kitchen, and janitorial supplies as needed
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas regularly
• Support cleanliness in manufacturing areas while following all safety protocols
• Maintain janitorial equipment and notify management of supply or repair needs
• Assist with facility organization and light general maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Other activities as directed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Team player
• Previous janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning priorities
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in both office and industrial/manufacturing environments
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Credentials & Experience:

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Must be a US citizen
