We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to service a private school in Downingtown, PA. This is a consistent evening position ideal for someone looking for steady part-time work in a respectful, structured school environment.
Position Responsibilities
Empty trash and remove bags from classrooms and common areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Wipe down desks, tables, and high-touch surfaces
Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies
Follow daily cleaning checklists and safety protocols
Ensure building areas are secure before leaving
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry trash and cleaning equipment
Ability to stand, bend, and move for the duration of the shift
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Required clearances:
PA State Criminal Background Check
PA Child Abuse Clearance
FBI Fingerprint Clearance
