    Job Description

    The Office Administrator role is a key position helping with the organization and running of daily administrative functions for our company. This role works side-by-side with upper-level management. The responsibilities are those of an office manager and personal assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This is a customer-facing business, so a positive, friendly attitude is necessary as this position will interact with customers as well as other employees.  

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Office management: 3+ years (Required) QuickBooks: 3+ years (Required)

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Utilizing QuickBooks for quotes, sales and invoices
    • Receive purchase orders
    • Set up new customers in QuickBooks; keep customer records up to date
    • Answer incoming phone calls; check company email
    • Ensure customer accounts are in good standing
    • Document filing; organize and maintain files
    • Perform related duties

     

    SKILLS

    • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
    • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Quickbooks and MS Office

     

    5 DAY WORKWEEK. MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30AM TO 5:30PM. HOLIDAY PAY, VACATION AND BENEFITS. $18-$20/HR.
