We are seeking TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVES who are self-motivated, successful and want to control their own careers.

WHAT WE DO:

· As a LIFE INSURANCE CONSULTANT, you will be able to create your own schedule to meet with clients that have requested our products and services through our industry-leading leads program! NO COLD CALLING OR DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES WITH OUR COMPANY!

· After consulting with each family and reviewing their personal needs, you will use our system combined with industry-leading products through our top-rated carriers to determine the most affordable personalized plan for each family.

· (Optional) We allow those who have a desire to build a business within our company and obtain a permanent second stream of income.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· No experience is necessary, but a strong sales background is preferred.

· BE COACHABLE, TEACHABLE, AND MOTIVATED TO LEARN THE SYSTEM

· A genuine care and concern for people and the desire to help others

· Ethical and moral code of conduct

· A State Life Insurance license - Don't have one yet? We can help you get one in 1-2 weeks.

· A vehicle, driver’s license, cell phone, and laptop or tablet

· an entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for growth and business ownership opportunities.

· A Commitment to ongoing self-improvement in skillset and leadership abilities
