We are seeking a bilingual Import Operator (English/Japanese) to join an established import company specializing in medical device components and industrial lighting products. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative and positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities for Import Operator

Coordinate with freight forwarders and other vendors for quotations and shipment arrangements

Manage logistics schedules with carriers and transportation partners

Handle labeling, inventory management, and related documentation

Perform data entry and maintain accurate shipment records

Communicate effectively with Japanese manufacturers and domestic stakeholders

Qualifications for Import Operator

Fluent in both Japanese and English

Positive and professional mindset, with the ability to contribute to company growth

Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently without waiting for instructions

Valid U.S. work authorization

Work Hours for Import Operator

Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / in-person

Compensation for Import Operator

Entry level: $40K–50K /year

Experienced: $50–60K /year (DOE)
