Job Description

Our company is a young dynamic semiconductor company moving from the development phase to production.

We are looking for a Senior Cost Accounting Manager who will report to the CFO. The manager will be responsible for setting up and managing processes and controls covering purchasing, Inventory, shipping and cost accounting activities working with the production team. The candidate must have in-depth experience of working across these areas, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and work effectively with internal departments. They must also be willing to handle the basic cost accounting functions including setting up the necessary modules on our Sage accounting system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; MBA or CMA/CPA is a plus

5+ years of related experience in high-tech or hardware manufacturing

Have significant experience working with the production team and setting up key processes.

We expect this position to play a major role in establishing our company as a production company.
