     Position

    • You will be responsible for the entire global Jarrett brand, demand generation, and nurturing process across all assets including website, social media, press releases, awards, content creation, campaign management, offline and online marketing, advertising, et al.
    • In your everyday life at Jarrett, you meet and work with Sales, Marketing, Customers, and Prospects to understand how we can reach our target market. You learn what is needed to set up better campaigns using data from previous campaigns. Along with your marketing team members, you are actively brainstorming new ideas to develop our marketing strategies to improve results.
    • Mobilize, manage and participate in, and staff a sponsorship strategy which includes conferences, trade shows, associations, and sports affiliations (NASCAR) to maximize brand awareness, customer/prospect engagement, employee engagement and community engagement.
    • You'll be the go-to person overseeing the process from development to execution. You are creative, self-motivated, and, most importantly, love making things look desirable and attractive.      Experience and Qualifications

    • Expertise with modern digital marketing/reporting tools such as, or similar to, Hubspot, Pardot, Oktopost, Tableau, DOMO, etc.
    • Expertise in modern marketing techniques including demand generation, remarketing, brand storytelling.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s is a plus
    • 3 – 5 relevant Marketing experience; Leadership experience is a plus
