We are Jarvis Law. We are an elder law and estate planning law firm that provides peace of mind for our clients. We also provide Medicaid Crisis Planning when someone is facing a tough decision to put a loved one in a long term care facility; we also help our clients with the estate administration and probate process; perform special needs planning and more. We have offices in Dublin, Lancaster, and St. Clairsville, Ohio.  Because we want to help as many people as we can, we are looking for someone who feels tied to our mission and wants to serve our client population.  We are hiring our next rock star closer, who is really good at sales, really good at listening to potential clients, and really good at getting new clients to sign up for our services.   Responsibilities: • Facilitate vision meetings with appropriate and desirable prospective new clients (PNCs) to sell legal services. • Meet with clients and their family members to review plan options to achieve their goals. Reassure client of inclusion of discussed provisions, and answer questions. • Review information gathered from triage call and personal financial information sheet in an overview and quote plan in accordance with goals discussed in initial meeting. • Follow up with those PNCs who did not hire the firm during their initial sales conversation. • Track and maintain metrics re: conversions of PNC to client, referral sources, and other key performance indicators, weekly, monthly and quarterly. • Utilize firm databases to manage client files and keep status of client notes and files current at all times in Actionstep. • Be proactive and ensure overall quality of processes and workflow within the firm.  • Actively participate in team meetings on present and future practices and make recommendations for improved efficiencies. • Collaborate with firm owner on practice improvements, trends, and recommendations for enhanced client service or offerings.  Qualifications: • Other intangibles that will enable you to thrive in our family-oriented firm: We are poised for growth and so the successful candidate has not only proven he/she can meet metrics, but also has a super positive attitude and growth mindset. • High follow through; you must an innate need for closure to your work. • You are patient and comfortable with silence in sales conversations. • Agile with ability to adapt to change • High level of personal accountability • You have no problem quoting service fees and collecting an initial deposit. • Making excuses is not innate for you; rather you are determined and goal-oriented • Sound judgment and unwavering commitment to making things happen in order for you to achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals. • Team mindset… understanding that what you do in this role affects the team as a whole. • Excellent active listening skills • Easily builds rapport with others • Strong work ethic with drive to achieve metrics and defined outcomesYou main goal:  You are able to convert at least 70% of prospects to become clientsWe value the work of our employees and the time and energy they put into our firm and helping serve our clients to give them peace of mind. If you are ready for a career reset and want to utilize your sales skills to help seniors, families and loved ones plan for the second half of life, we’d love to chat. Thanks for reading! EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social work or related field. At least 5 years’ successful sales experience of products or professional services. Legal sales background preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 depend on experience plus bonus for meeting metrics
