Civil Litigation firm seeks to hire a Highly Experienced Civil Litigation Attorney in our PIP Department. Solo practitioners looking to integrate their PI practice are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft & File Pleadings / Drafting Motions for Summary Judgement / Fee Motions

• Answering discovery requests

• Attending court hearings, taking & defending depositions, and attending mediation conferences

• Issuing subpoenas to witnesses for depositions

• Gathers case evidence and documentation by preparing files, inputting information to the database

• Manage Individual Case List & Deadlines

​​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 3 years of recent experience
• The ideal candidate will have trial/management experience
• Must be able to navigate CMS website to determine fee schedule reimbursements
