    Responsibilities In this role as an Insurance Agent Mentorship Program, your responsibilities will include:

    • Utilizing your core skills in insurance sales, sales, and communication to effectively communicate with clients and promote insurance products.
    • Leveraging your premium skills in outside sales, negotiation, and retail sales to drive sales and meet targets.
    • Applying your multilingual abilities, including proficiency in Spanish, to cater to a diverse customer base and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Using your analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
    • Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service and support.
    • Participating in sales administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
    • Mentoring and guiding junior insurance agents in their professional development.
    • Staying updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
    • Assisting in marketing efforts to promote insurance products and services effectively.
    • Adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in handling customer information.
    • Engaging in telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients and expand the customer base.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

    Supplemental Pay:

    Bonus opportunities
