We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Associate Financial Advisor intern. As a Junior Associate Financial Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced financial advisors and support staff, assisting in various administrative tasks and learning about the ins and outs of the financial advisory business. Responsibilities: Prepare materials and assist in preparing for client appointments Make phone calls to clients and schedule appointments Assist in filling out paperwork and documentation related to client accounts Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and file management Conduct research on investment products, financial markets, and industry trends Collaborate with financial advisors to deliver exceptional service to our clients Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry Compensation: This is a paid internship position with an hourly wage.
