PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH FOR HEART-CENTERED BUSINESS COACH

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that’s changing the world by empowering coaches to build thriving businesses that transform lives.

As the Social Media Outreach Specialist for a heart-centered business coach, you’ll be creating sales opportunities by cultivating authentic relationships with followers and prospecting for leads across social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

This is a part-time position. You’ll start with 15 - 20 hours of work per week, with the opportunity to take on more hours as we grow. Work from anywhere with an internet connection - 95% of your job can be done from your phone. Hours are flexible.

Here’s some of what your day will look like…

• Having DM conversations with up to 30 coaches

• Leaving comments in various Facebook groups

• Sending DMs to engaged followers and opening conversations

• Making invitations to join our Facebook group or book calls

• Posting content (that’s already been created) to Facebook and IG

I’m looking for someone with…

• Experience with social media outreach / prospecting

• Excellent communication skills

• High emotional intelligence

• Heart-centered

• Ambitious

• Organized and efficient

• High ethics and integrity

• Quick learner, coachable

• Flexible + adaptable

• Knowledge or experience with the coaching industry is a big plus

Other qualifications…

• Must live in the US or Canada

• Must have a smartphone

• Must be able to work during daytime hours
