    We at Jason Secor Home Advisors at Keller Williams are seeking to hire energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representatives looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided. Responsibilities: • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities. • Overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle. • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM. • Hold open houses regularly. • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline. • Participate in regular training and education requirements. Qualifications: • Hold, or actively working to acquire, an active real estate license in the state of Alabama. • Basic computer skills and the ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. Compensation: $75,000+ Commission Based
