    We’re looking for a motivated and experienced licensed real estate executive assistant for long-term employment to assist the top producing Broker Jason Streatfeild and complete administrative tasks. You are a licensed real estate agent that will be working in a salaried role assisting Jason Streatfeild. If you’re interested in a fast-paced job with lots of variety, apply today! Responsibilities: Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed Function as the main point contact for the principal broker Convey messages to broker that were received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports • Responsibilities include liaising between Jason Streatfeild and clientele, screening messages and notifying the Jason of important information, and overseeing schedules and appointments. • You’ll also be responsible for drafting all showings, broker caravans, open houses, drafting contracts, organizing office records and customer data, ordering office equipment, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the Jason Streatfeild. • You will also work directly with our marketing department to make sure our marketing goals and initiatives are reached. • Our ideal candidate is experienced and can add value immediately, can solve problems quickly, and is highly detail-oriented. Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS Excellent communication skills and organizational skills High school diploma or G.E.D. required 2+ years experience as a licensed agent and/or assistant to a licensed agent. Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly
