In-office job only. • Pay based on experience • PTO (Paid time off) days • 90-day evaluation with wage increase opportunity • Paid holidays • End of the year review bonus • Group retirement savings program Responsibilities: • The majority of your work will involve drafting residential Floor Plans, performing Roof Calculations and Projection of Elevations, drawing Electrical Plans and Site Plans, Impervious Calculations, and processing client changes.Also, on any given workday, you may perform any or all of these important tasks: In this CAD Tech position, you will work with clients and the internal team to produce accurate construction documents. • Modify or update existing plans to meet new residential codes or client needs • Generate drawings from sketches or field measuring • Utilize various communication channels to obtain new client information to help you develop and update drawings. • Remodels and additions • Meet with clients at their job site or in our office • Adhere to customer (Internal and External) volumes, timelines and expectations • Update/maintain digital database • Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications: • Have at least 2 years of experience working with AutoCAD drafting software in the residential drafting field • Drafting and design familiarity with Florida Building Codes • Must have self-discipline and time management skills • Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time • Communicates effectively with clients and other team members • Please carefully review position details and qualifications, prior to applying to this position
