    Job Type: Long-Term Contract

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Java Integration Developer for a remote contract role to design, develop, and implement API-driven integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , a strong background in API integration , and hands-on experience in setting up MuleSoft environments from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
    • Develop and deploy APIs, Mule flows, and connectors to integrate multiple systems across on-premises and cloud environments.
    • Set up and configure MuleSoft platforms and environments (CloudHub or on-premise) from scratch.
    • Define and implement an API-led connectivity architecture aligned with business integration requirements.
    • Manage full API lifecycle — design, build, publish, monitor, and optimise APIs using Anypoint API Manager.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimise performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful solution delivery.
    • Implement DevOps and CI/CD automation for MuleSoft deployments using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
    • Maintain technical documentation for integrations, APIs, and platform configurations.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft integration and API development.
    • Proficiency in Mule 4 , DataWeave , RAML , and Anypoint Studio.
    • Strong understanding of RESTful/SOAP APIs , JSON/XML , and integration design patterns.
    • Proven experience in setting up MuleSoft environments and managing deployments on CloudHub or Runtime Manager.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven) and API security best practices.
    • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 or Level 2.
    • Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise applications via MuleSoft connectors.
    • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP integration architectures.
