Travel will be reimbursed per the terms of the Travel Compensation Schedule. If allowed to travel on official business, travel must be fully approved by hiring manager 30 days prior to travel dates. Please remember, Rates are fully burdened and should include all costs outside of Business Travel.

Teleworking, if applicable, is approved at the hiring manager’s discretion and can be revoked at any time. The subcontractor’s Primary Duty Station is when on a telework agreement. 100% remote work from an alternate duty station via teleworking will require Office of the President approval and guidance from Huma.

Fluent with JavaScript, VB, C+, and / or Python (Required)

Experience developing Rational DOORS Requirements Management Extensions (Preferred)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Technology. Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) with 5 years proven performance in related assignments; or Non-related Bachelor degree with 7 years proven performance in related assignment(s); or Associate Degree in IT related discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) with 7 years proven performance in related assignment(s); or Non-related Associate Degree with 9 years proven performance in related assignment(s). In lieu of degree, a high school diploma with typically at least 11 years of equivalent knowledge and experience is acceptable.
