    Position Overview:

    As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads and maximize our online visibility. You will work closely with our marketing team to strategize, execute, and analyze PPC initiatives across various platforms, with a focus on generating high-quality leads for our legal services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

    Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance and ROI.

    Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

    Implement A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure our PPC strategies remain competitive and effective.

    Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

    Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.

    In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, and proficiency in Google Analytics.

    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making.

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
