The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) is offering a Fall Internship to a qualified candidate who will support Office of the Chief Science Officer. This paid Internship is a part-time temporary employment opportunity averaging 20-30 hours per week for a postgraduate student. PCORI does not provide housing for out of town residents. PAY RANGE AND EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
Interns shall be classified as temporary, part-time employees who are hired as interim replacements, to temporarily supplement the workforce, or to assist in the completion of a specific project and who are temporarily scheduled to work less than PCORI's full-time schedule for a limited duration. Employment beyond any initially stated period does not in any way imply a change in employment status. Temporary, part-time workers are not eligible for PCORI benefits.
Current master's level and above students will be paid $20.00 per hour.
JOB DUTIES:
As part of the OCSO, the Strategic Initiatives team has responsibility for work in research strategy, portfolio development, and portfolio synthesis and communication to meet the strategic goals of the organization. This work includes:
