A Shift Supervisor excels in communication, shows strong leadership, coaches others and maintains organization to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Organizing shift setup and side-work assignments

Monitoring attendance and tardiness

Assign action stations to specific employees based on role and skills

Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary

Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members

Managing employees requests

Training new and current team members on tasks

Handling customer issues and managing conflicts

Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards

Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits

Strong communication with their senior management and their team members

Must be 19+ years old - legal age to sell alcohol in the state of Nebraska

** Starting pay is re-evaluated after a 30 day probationary period with outstanding performance :)
