Jaxon Mattison Consulting is an 11 year old EDWOSB, seeking motivated, self-starters, eager to learn, who are experienced sales professionals to market, build niche demographic clientele for Emergency Management Consulting and sell services provided. On-the-job training and fully accredited federal certifications will be provided to facilitate the introduction of the Emergency Management industry to new team members. Leads and targeted marketing materials will also be provided. Our Company offers one of the highest paying percentages of commissions within the market. This is truly a rare opportunity for those who are ambitious, are at ease meeting and speaking to new people (who are either mandated by law or required to comply with obtaining our services or those similar to ours to maintain a state of disaster readiness and emergency response in today’s marketplace). Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by identifying needs, selling products and services and meeting customer response needs.
- Serves as business development liaison between client and service team.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor by niche requirements.
- Focuses sales efforts by identifying/expanding potential client lists, studying existing and potential volume of competitors and by long- and short-term goals.
- Understanding Company pricing for services and products as well as Company “full-satisfaction” credo; whereas we guarantee client’s needs and expectations are exceeded.
- Is comfortable working through innovation, socializing, cold calling, as well as incorporating technological data pieces to data mine potential client sources.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or business administration (preferred but not mandatory) - proven sales experience can be substituted
- Three to five years of service-industry sales experience highly preferred
- Proficiency with office software, competent using a computer and MS Office software suite of tools
- Five professional references required
- Must have reliable transportation and SC State Driver’s License and full coverage auto insurance while conducting company business
