    SALARY: $45K - $70K a year. Flat basic rate plus commission. Trial period 3 months with no commission.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Building leads and supporting existing customers. Inviting new customers to the showroom to show off the full range of products.

    Attending trade shows out of state when needed with possible layovers to build leads and sales.

    Follows the Company policies for price quotations and availability of product to customers, expectation management.

    Facilitates product sales on selected items/brands within a per-determined period, meeting monthly and yearly sales goals and objectives.

    Works in collaboration with Company supplier partners in achieving per-determined monthly and yearly sales objectives.

    Develops new accounts through cold calling on prospective new customers.

    Attend monthly team and general sales meetings, including educational seminars on new or existing products.

    Plan, design, and conduct educational product presentations for new products or to present new promotional opportunities to customers.

    Responsible for product orders, sales activities, commission reports, invoices on products ordered, monthly mileage and expense account (if applicable).

    Works with customers and the billing department to ensure customers are current on their invoices. Reach out to customers on past due invoices.

    Performs will-call activities when required: Picking up product and delivering the product to customers (if applicable).

    Investigates customers’ complaints to ensure resolution of product delivery and pricing accuracy.

    Responsible for timely response (within 24 hours) on all communications within the company or with outside business sources.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • RECENT PROGRESSIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL / WHOLESALE AND GIFTWARE MARKET
    • College Degree plus but not required.
    • Strong business, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong Team Player
    • Ability to build strong positive business relationships.
    • Attention to detail and high level of personal standards of performance.
    • Innovative and proactive
    • Highly adaptable and comfortable with change
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • On occasion will be required to bend, reach, stoop and lift to 50lbs.
    • Visit customers/accounts occasionally and will be getting in and out of vehicle.
    • Handle will-calls, receiving product from warehouse and delivering product to customers if needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Restock existing displays with new merchandise and replenishing cold boxes from the product on display which will require manual / physical work.
    • Placing cases of product in vehicle manually removing each case from vehicle and deliver to customer and utilizing a hand truck to load and unload cases that weigh up to 50lbs.

    Salary: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
