    Jayce Grayye Consulting is hiring an Account Manager for one of our clients that is a leading provider for turnkey, ready-to-go online stores/businesses! They specialize in building, managing & scaling Ecommerce companies and are constantly staying up to date with the latest trends in marketing & technology.  Their entrepreneurial founders started Ecommerce marketing back in 2007. Since then they have several 6 & 7 figure brands & built a dynamic media buying team that works exclusively with their qualified clients to ensure their stores succeed.  With their agency’s full-service package, the client can focus on their daily tasks while they handle all the back end. Our client is fully equipped to take care of other brands' advertising work, creative work, and website optimization which is needed when it comes to making money and managing any Ecommerce store from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, tik-tok, influencers and more. Offering a variety of services has helped their company grow significantly over the last few years and become featured in major publications like Forbes & USA Today. 

    STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION

     

    • Full Time Position 

    • Working Hours are 10am to 7 pm est

    • Office Based Brickell Miami - SW 13th & 1st St

    • Salary Starting at $42,000 USD Per Year

    • W2 Position

     

    Account Managers are the liaisons between the agency and its clients. They are the primary point of contact -- handling all day-to-day client interactions, as well as managing the projects needed to foster client success. They work directly with sales, fulfillment, and leadership teams to make sure that clients receive exceptional results and impeccable service.  

    WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS  

    • Managing a book of 50 Clients, serving as their sole point of contact via Slack and Zoom

    • Maintaining and developing client relationships based upon mutual respect, high-quality service, expectation setting, and coaching

    • Using the company core values to guide independent decisions about client accounts

    • Continuously innovating new methods to improve client experience and retention

    • Managing the entire client life-cycle, including launch calls, check-ins, billing, and offboarding calls

    • Upselling clients on relevant products

    • Collecting client feedback and passing it along to the team to drive constant improvement

     

    REQUIREMENTS

     

    • Most important is a positive attitude -- you see client dissatisfaction as an opportunity, not a burden

    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must. Spanish a plus

    • Driven, competitive and confident with coaching others and setting expectations

    • Strong attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills

    • At least a basic knowledge of e-commerce and digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules

    • Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control

    • Coachable --- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better

    • Team player --- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed and delegate tasks

    • Proactive --- you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become full-blown fire

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE  

    • 1+ Years of customer service experience

    • Direct Response Marketing experience, highly preferred

    • Previous experience with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, Facebook Marketplace preferred

    • Previous experience with remote working softwares preferred including Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Zapier, Zoom, etc.
