    Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking an Inbound Sales Closer for one of our clients! They are a family-owned business that focuses on helping homeowners to find solutions for their problems, whether they’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property, or need to sell their house quickly! They are a real estate solutions and investment firm that specializes in helping homeowners get rid of burdensome houses fast. They are investors and problem solvers who can buy their client’s house fast with a fair all cash offer.

    Homeowners do not have to worry about home sale contingencies, inspections, bank financing, re-negotiation as this firm can get offers clients deserve and close on the day of their choice. Our client currently buys houses in 12 states and is growing rapidly. Are you persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and the most competitive person you know?     STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION

    • Full Time position and Office based position

    • $2,500 Base Salary per month + commission

    • High Monthly on target earnings $10,000 +

    • Total Compensation in the first year working with them Can Exceed $150,000

    • 15 pre qualified warm leads per week to start

    • 90 day probation period

    • 401K after one year working with them

    • Medical after 90 days

    • Office location: Falls Church City, Virginia. United States.

    • Office Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) One hour lunch break. Other hours as needed to close deals.

    • Commission based on ability to close warm home seller leads using the company’s proprietary CRM system and lead generation software.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1-2 years Sales Experience

    • 1-2 years Real Estate Experience Preferred

    • Real Estate License is Not Required

    • A player / Team Player

    • Tech Savvy with CRMs / Apps / etc

    • Can do Attitude - Doesn't need micromanaging

    • Must Love Sales & Have Great at Communication & Organized,

    • Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.

    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.

    • Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations

    • Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules

    • Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better

    • Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required

    • Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.

    • Technology - you must be willing to learn or have a solid understanding of technology & social media
