    **RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SERVICE PLUMBER

    • Demonstrates our core values every single day: Service, Teamwork, Integrity, and Quality
    • Strives for nothing below a 5-star customer experience with every interaction
    • Analyzes plumbing issues and identifies appropriate tools/materials for repair
    • Performs replacements and repairs of various plumbing components/fixtures and equipment, such as water heaters, toilets, broken or leaking pipes, heating/water/drainage systems, drain cleanings, etc.
    • Reviews blueprints and codes to determine optimal work procedure
    • Properly communicates findings and necessary repairs to customers
    • Prepares written work cost estimates for clients using our software, Service Titan
    • Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling needs and timelines
    • Completes appointments in a timely manner
    • Works well independently without supervision
    • Adheres to safety policies and procedures
    • Maintains vehicle cleanliness (inside and out) and escalates vehicle service maintenance needs in a timely manner to optimize vehicle's safety, performance, and longevity
    • Carries out special projects and/or other related duties, as assigned

    **QUALIFICATIONS OF A SERVICE PLUMBER

    • A minimum of two (2+) years of residential plumbing/water heater experience preferred
    • Must be able to work well with others/have good camaraderie skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must have great attention to detail
    • Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
    • Must have a mechanical aptitude
    • Must have the ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends as needed
    • Must be able to pass background check, drug screen, and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    **
    **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF A SERVICE PLUMBER

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C driver's license
    • Ability to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders
    • Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 75 lbs (up to 150 lbs with assistance)
    • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
    • Ability to work in hot and cold temperature extremes
    • Ability to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)

    Salary: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
