We're looking to add a dynamic, customer-focused service staff for our events. Is that you?

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Prep for events

• Supervise and assist with loads and unloads (leads)

• Set up events in a highly professional fashion

• Coordinate with each of the dept sups of our team

• Execute the plan according to the contract

• Solve problems in the moment

• Keep employees safe

• Ensure company policies are followed by all of our event staff

• Ensure food and beverages are handled appropriately

• Protect company equipment (handle with care and make sure we come back with everything we went out with)

• Supervise and assist with event execution-managers (serve customers, replenish foods and beverages, bus tables, and clean)

Requirements

• 1-2 years event execution experience + 1-2 years event management experience in hospitality or related field (leads)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

• Valid driver's license with a clean record. You will drive the company vehicles for events and are responsible for being a safe driver.
