Job Description

Direct-Hire position! Requires a Bach. in Bus. Admin., Accounting or related discipline AND 2 yrs. of Accounting/Finance exp. preferred.

Strong computer exp. with Excel and Accounting software programs (will be assessed). Perform reconciliations for balance sheet general ledger accounts to independent supporting sources and/or subsidiary ledgers. Prepare journal entries with required supporting documentation. Assist in preparation of financial statement reporting and other external reporting. Assist with preparation of audit work papers for the annual audit. Will prepare financial analysis, performing any required research, as requested. Bank Reconciliation. Balancing ledgers.
