    Job Description

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare/Assist in group proposal requests including gathering information, preparing spreadsheets and presentation booklets, and processing enrollment paperwork.
    • Prepare/Assist in individual Medicare applications.
    • Investigate service issues - interacting with clients, providers, and insurers.
    • Prepare and provide dental quotes, service accounts, and regular follow-up with quoted business.
    • General office tasks such as answering phones and filing.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Will be assessed.
    • Organizational skills
    • Communication skills - the ability to listen and communicate with office staff and clients in an effective manner; ability to communicate ideas, thoughts, and facts in writing utilizing good grammar and spelling.
    • Ability to work well with other
    • Produce quality work while meeting timelines/deadlines.
