Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare/Assist in group proposal requests including gathering information, preparing spreadsheets and presentation booklets, and processing enrollment paperwork.
- Prepare/Assist in individual Medicare applications.
- Investigate service issues - interacting with clients, providers, and insurers.
- Prepare and provide dental quotes, service accounts, and regular follow-up with quoted business.
- General office tasks such as answering phones and filing.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Will be assessed.
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills - the ability to listen and communicate with office staff and clients in an effective manner; ability to communicate ideas, thoughts, and facts in writing utilizing good grammar and spelling.
