    We're looking for a sales-oriented individual with strong, personable phone skills who can set appointments for our Real Estate agents. The ideal applicant has the ability to smile with their words, ask specific questions to learn about the client, clearly explain how Jeff Cook Real Estate can help make a difference, and connect the client with one of our talented agents. Responsibilities: • Place outbound phone calls to our clients to show we are sincerely interested in helping them achieve their real estate goals • Rely on text messaging, and even email, as an alternative communication method • Create face-to-face meetings for our clients and our agents  • Maintain and update a CRM database with notes and information about any conversation with our clients • Establish a sales pipeline to manage the clients who need help now, but also nurture those who will be ready in the future • Track set appointments, met appointments, clients under contract, and upcoming closings using Google Sheets • Continually learn about real estate to become even more efficient on the phone Hourly rate PLUS lucrative bonus structure with the potential to earn $50,000+ annually • Bonuses are paid upon reaching a monthly goal and when appointments result in a client's closing on their home (buying and selling) • There is no cap on the number of closings you can have per month or how much you can earn • Additional benefits available after 90 days Qualifications: • High self-motivation with superb communication skills, both verbal and written, which display an optimistic and sincere demeanor • One Year (or more) previous Sales experience is preferred but not required • CRM experience is a plus • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car • High school diploma or GED is required, additional education preferred Compensation: $11.53 per hour plus lucrative bonus structure
