Main responsibilities

To be a "subject matter expert" on Auto, Home, Commercial, Life and Living Benefits Insurance as well as Vehicle Finance, taking care to meet the client's needs effectively, while advising and educating in order to ensure the client's complete satisfaction and retention.

Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust.Educates and advises our clients on our products that meets their needs, and excels at building relationships.

Able to provide "wow factor" service to clients so they wish to have all their insurance and financial services needs met by us, as well as those of their friends and family.

An expert on client follow up, follow through and follow back.

Able to help clients understand the need for Life and Health insurance.

Qualifications

University Degree preferred/ Strong College performance in a diploma program will be considered

2 years or more of exceptional customer service experience

General level 1 Insurance Licensed

Must obtain Life and A&S License (LLQP) within 3 months of starting

Be extremely coach-able, a quick learner and love ongoing training
