TITLE: LICENSED PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE AGENT

Responsibilities:

·       Establish a relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking and referrals

·       Growing established book of business

·       Developing positive, long term relationships with clients

·       Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients’ personal risk profiles

·       Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals

·       Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies

·       Respond to clients’ insurance related questions and issues

·       Collaborate with other members of our team           

Skills:

·       Strong sales initiative

·       Outstanding customer service skills including excellent written and verbal communication  

·       Computer savvy and willingness to embrace new technology

·       The ability to listen and analyze clients’ needs

·       The ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers so that they understand them fully

·       Quick thinking and resourceful

·       Familiarity with current insurance trends

Salary: Competitive pay with salary plus incentives and bonus opportunities
