We’re looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor with experience in the broker model to join our top-producing team. Responsibilities: Take care of all borrower communication, from loan origination to close Check in with clients and underwriters regularly to make sure loan documentation is completed so closing dates and company deadlines are met Handle the loan pipeline and ensure an efficient and compliant flow throughout the loan process Maintain detailed documentation of the loan process in our system - from origination to close Help further loan approval by serving as a liaison between applicants, real estate agents, loan officers, and mortgage lending underwriters Qualifications: Has worked in a broker’s environment and has experience using Calyx Point Can correctly analyze and interpret income, and asset documents, credit reports, and the variety of ways to structure a loan Exceptional attention to detail, and must be organized and have excellent time management skills Solid understanding of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation Superb communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Experience as a Loan Partner, Loan Officer, Processor, LOA,and/or Underwriter 2+ years of mortgage processing experience required, 5+ years preferred • Must be licensed.
