Customer Service Rep Job Description
• Must have 3+ years Customer Service experience • Prefer someone with previous Tile industry experience… at least experience in the trades, building material, design, etc… • Must have systems experience, Sage 100 experience a plus • Professional appearance/demeanor • Advanced Customer Service Skills • Well spoken, written and verbal communication skills • Problem resolution, respond to emails + voicemail within 1 hour • Excellent Phone skills, High call volume • Upbeat, enthusiastic, positive leadership
• Ability to streamline processes and increase productivity
Duties Include, but not limited to:
• Confirm receipt of customer PO… receive order via fax, email, phone • Order entry/accuracy • Print warehouse pick sheet… order to warehouse timely 2-4 hours • Invoicing • Ability to handle high call volume • Follow up on orders • Expedite/resolve customer issues • Organize customer shipments on weekly basis • Schedule loads with freight carriers • Process BOL’s • Communication/support and follow up with outside sales reps • Work open/aging orders daily • Work RMA’s daily (72 hour turn-around) • Attend meetings • Excellent time management & productivity
