WE ARE SEEKING AN AGILE CHANGE ANALYST FOR A PERMANENT HIRE OPPORTUNITY IN THE SLINGER/HARTFORD AREA.
PAY: $70,000 - $100,000
BUSINESS JOB TITLE: Agile Change Analyst
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the overall Change Management process, and associated decisions are properly considered and coordinated across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and other departments as appropriate. This person will make the ‘first cut’ to determine if a product change is warranted and will then ensure that product configurations and changes are consistent, fully documented, and that all Change actions have been evaluated and properly executed.
· Successfully process CR (Change Request), ECO (Engineering Change Order), and MCO’s (Manufacturing Change Order) in support of activities for all aspects of the Product Development Lifecycle.
· Coordinates and leads the CCB meeting for Hartford design controlled product, and participates in CCB meetings globally.
· Enforces strict adherence to change object requirements, workflow participation/notifications, and system constraints.
· Drives the continuous improvement of the Change Control processes, and participates in initiatives to continuously improve the change order cycle time.
· Participates in defining and testing system enhancements.
· Subject matter export on the overall change process and workflow activities.
· Generate management level metric reports to drive process and system usage improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
· The person holding this position will hold in-depth product line knowledge, and will develop close working relationships cross functionally throughout the global organization.
· Each global location will have a person(s) in the change analyst role. This role will collaborate globally with other change analysts to ensure the necessary individuals at all locations are involved in the change processes.
· This position will be closely tied to new and existing product design management, and will have many resources to draw upon to assist in review, analysis, and disposition of changes for all change workflows.
· Will work with the change originators to ensure the CR contains necessary information to support the requested change, identify tasks for implementation, and to present to cross functional team at CCB meeting for approval.
· Review submitted changes and route for appropriate approvals and notifications, in addition to coordinating the CCB agenda and discussions.
· Initiate necessary ECO’s and MCO’s related to the CR scope, and assign necessary individuals for completing all tasks from perform work to implementation.
· Facilitate and track changes through to release, implementation, and CCB closure of ECO and ensure workflows are not being stalled and are completed in timely manner.
· Responsible to update project tasks as assigned for change control activity.
· Produce recurring metrics and reports for product change activity, and timely response of workflow approvals.
Job Requirements:
· Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited college, and 2-5 years related experience in PLM.
· Hands-on experience with the Agile PLM system or equivalent, lifecycles and change control process.
· Extensive experience supporting Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing and related supply chain concepts, materials movement, and production processes.
· Experienced in interpreting and practicing ISO controlled processes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to desire to help others learn system, requirements, and achieve timely and accurate change releases.
· Experience and proficiency managing Bill of Material (BOM) structures and related implementation activities.
· Must have great attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently.
· Ability to adapt to rapidly changing projects and support.
· Exercises judgement within the defined processes to quickly determine appropriate actions to support timely releases or changes.
