You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and outstanding customer service. We want people who are looking for a long-term career. If you are a self-starter and desire to succeed, you may have what it takes to excel with our team! Responsibilities: • Networking with local businesses and homeowners to develop relationships. Working with our community • Provide optimal coverage for customers' life, personal, and commercial insurance needs • Provide outstanding customer service always • Continue to grow in the knowledge of new products • Develop and exceed production plans with team leaders • Work with clients to ensure protection plans are all-encompassing and that all insurance needs are met for our clients • Outstanding relationship building and networking skills • Grow in knowledge of products continuous education • Seek training, education, knowledge, and expertise from and with team members Qualifications: • Licensed: You will need to be licensed or get licensed for property, casualty, life, and health insurance • Experience is not necessary, just the right attitude and work ethic to learn and grow • Must be able to handle the entire sales process from prospecting to close in a professional and courteous manner • Must be able to work with all departments of the company in a collaborative way  • Self-motivated working individually and as a team • Professional in attitude and appearance - ethical and honest • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Passionate about selling insurance and ensuring your clients are covered Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 at plan
