JOB SUMMARY
Monday to Friday 2:30pm-7:30pm
Primary duties of this position are to assist in packaging shipments. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned.
****ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Package industrial electronics and related components for shipment
- Maintain an organized shipping environment
- Keep shipments on schedule
- Any other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
May be modified from time to time. Other duties, tasks and work may be assigned. _

METRIC & MEASUREMENT
- Package Handling - Employee must maintain standard packaging procedures that assure accuracy, while adjusting the volume of work.
- Packaging counts are measured and checked for accuracy against standard. Employee must continue to maintain accuracy throughout the month for the bonus program.
- Employee will be evaluated on the accuracy of the orders packaged and his/her performance level as measured against volume demand.
- Employee will need to average 21 points per, 120 boxes per day.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- Occasional sitting, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
- Frequent walking

BONUS/COMMISSION PLAN
Eligible for commission after successful completion of introductory 90 days.
