Senior Applications Engineers are involved in assisting customers in setting up processes on Axcelis ion implantation equipment. The positions require many of the same skills and knowledge that our customers’ process engineers require in their jobs. The position is a high-level support function with process engineering and equipment characterization components. PLEASE NOTE, THIS ROLE IS HYBRID (IN BEVERLY, MA OFFICE AND REMOTE) AND REQUIRES 25-50% TRAVEL.
