CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, seeks an intern to support our Defense Missions Solutions team in Alexandria, VA.
A successful candidate would be responsible for the following:
- Support operational Division in developing dashboards for financial metric reviews and opportunity assessments
- Support project execution with financial management analysis and reporting
- Assist project managers in monthly financial closeout and invoicing
- Review existing workflows for financial and opportunity reviews, assist in developing SOPs and documentation for a streamlined process.
- Engage with stakeholders to assess existing systems and determine recommendations for improvement
- Research existing capabilities and become familiar with opportunity system (eg Govwin and GSA eBuy)
- Assist in training development for new system implementation
- This is a hybrid position, supporting work at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA and some work will be done on site.
Required Skills
- Experience developing dashboards from existing databases
- Coursework in data analytics, information technology, systems engineering, or enterprise architecture
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft office suite
- Costpoint experience a plus
Required Experience
- Must be a rising junior or senior pursuing a 4 year degree.
