Precise Systems Inc. is looking for a motivated individual who would like to join our Team at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, RI. We are looking for a Naval Logistician III ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment working with Submarine Imaging Team code 34.

Duties:

• Write and track Technical Manual Discrepancy Reports (TMDRs) and insure they are incorporated into the appropriate IETMs for NUWCNPT Code 34 Imaging.
• Review and track IETM configurations for Imaging all submarine classes.
• Maintain a tracking system and assist in reviewing for MRC/MIP changes for Submarine Imaging.
• Review system drawings and technical documentation to identify change updates required for various Imaging ship systems.
• Respond to various ILS requests/issues form NUWCNPT Code 34 as necessary.
• Researching, compiling, developing, writing, editing, coordinating, producing, and facilitating distribution of unclassified and classified documents and reports of a general, administrative, or logistics-related in nature.
• Interface with Government technical project managers, as directed, to ensure support provided meets or exceeds all work performance objectives and standards.
• Must have the flexibility in writing style to adapt to the different types of formats and subject material being produced.
• Analyze existing local and higher-echelon policies and style guides to ensure concept is compliant with format and content requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of four years’ experience with Navy Integrated Logistic Support.
• Experience with Haystack, One-Touch, procedures are a plus.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate skills proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to all levels of the customer organization.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university.

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
