    Required Skills

    Human Resources Coordinator

    The HR Coordinator will provide assistance with the day-to-day administrative and operational needs to the Human Resources Department. The HR Coordinator will perform a variety of duties relating to HR administrative functions and programs in the areas of workplace culture, orientation, and HR operations support.

    Responsibilities will include:


    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, HR-sponsored events, and travel bookings

    • Provide support and maintenance to online company store

    • Other duties as assigned

    • Foster positive employee relations and assist with onboarding and offboarding process

    • Provide employee support for HR related questions and inquiries, escalating to Regional HR Managers as necessary

    • Assist with facilitation of New Hire Orientation

    • Coordinate internal HR communication needs and provide support to regional points of contacts

    Core Competencies

    • Proactive and self-motivated
    • Strong ability to multi-task, time-manage, and communicate (verbal and written)
    • Ability to work with outside resources and vendors
    • Strong team player with a positive attitude

    Required Experience

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

    Travel

    Travel is primarily local during the business day, with occasional out of state and overnight travel. Less than 10% of time travel expected.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field;
    • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Business, or similar administrative function;
