TRI POINTE HOMES IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, DETAIL ORIENTATED, PROBLEM SOLVING INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS A MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST (AKA EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST) IN OUR HOME OFFICE.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: The Marketing Automation Specialist will assist the Marketing Automation Manager in leading the email marketing and marketing automation platform. This person will have a large role in providing technical assistance to 15 internal digital marketing teams within the marketing automation platform. They will be responsible for assisting divisions in designing, testing, maintaining, and reporting automated online marketing campaigns utilizing company templates and platforms. They will possess an understanding of lead scoring and nurturing plans and can execute workflows and triggers according to audience, and their stage in the marketing funnel. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be a collaborative role to further develop the capabilities of our internal digital marketing teams and will be a power user of our marketing automation system.

Minimum Education
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
Required Licenses
• Registered Nurses • Current RN license to practice in the state of Kentucky or compact state.
• BLS Certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, and must be current.
• ACLS Certification preferred and may be required in Specialty and/or Critical Care Areas.
Minimum Work Experience
• One year experience in Nursing preferred.
Required SkillsWork hours flexed to accommodate patient census, staff needs and physician case scheduling. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well within a team is a must. Call is required on a rotational basis for after hours, weekend, and holiday coverage. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
