  • Responsibilities

    Coordinates and manages office activities and workflow processes to ensure smooth efficient operations in the Center. Performs administrative support duties, makes work related decisions in accordance with existing policies and procedures. Oversees the work activities of lower level support personnel and staff.   May perform designated duties of immediate supervisor during periods of absence. Overall, support the Interim Director of CAHDR on all operational activities in the Center. Provides support to faculty, students and research personnel. Coordinates and manages office activities and workflow processes to ensure smooth efficient operations in the Center. Performs administrative support duties, makes work related decisions in accordance with existing policies and procedures.     Required Skills

    • Comprehensive knowledge of institutional policies, procedures and organization structure.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and proficient in use of various PC office based applications to include work processing and spreadsheets
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong composition and editing skills
    • Good organization and time management skills
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contracts
    • Proficiency with use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation of software

    Required Experience
