    TRI POINTE HOMES IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS AN OPTIONS COORDINATOR IN OUR DENVER OFFICE.

     

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: The Options Coordinator will compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities for options department while supporting the Options Manager and others as needed.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for maintaining Option review, selection, availability, and removing duplication
    • Coordinate model upgrades for assigned communities
    • Establish and manage all options for each community
    • Establish cut off dates by community, by phase for all option stages as trench dates are finalized
    • Work with design center, sales, trade partners and field team members regarding any community option issues that arise
    • Create product catalogs per community for design center, sales, and field
    • Order standard and upgrade samples needed for design center and sales (i.e., cabinet standard and upgrade colors/doors)
    • Collects and enters bids into database for evaluation by Options Manager and other management
    • Processes Customer Option Upgrades and enters them into databases
    • Maintain and update all structural and final Option in company software program
    • Manage the approval and electronic filing process for purchase orders, contracts, and distribution to trade partners
    • Maintains and distributes updated options reports per homesite to sales and field team members
    • Provides support to Options Manager and other leadership, as needed
    • Investigates, researches, and resolves billing inquiries and provides necessary documentation
    • Ensure all Model Discounts are received and logged per project
    • Responsible for reviewing all completed selection sheets for any variances
    • Review Architectural Revision Notification (ARN) for changes to option relationships
    • Participate in various walks (Frame, Drywall, Model) throughout the Model
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma required
    • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in the home construction industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
    • Strong computer skills required
    • Understanding and familiarity with Enterprise-One, Envision and Hyphen Solutions preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret house plans and understand architecturally supported options, non-structural option programs and option relationships preferred
    • Must have a strong work ethic and professional attitude
    • Strong documentation and follow-up skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with high quality results

  • Qualifications

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

    • Current Kentucky license or valid compact state license. 

    • BLS certification – American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.

    • ACLS and PALS Certification preferred or within 90 days of employment or transfer to the department.
