After School Care needed for 7yo - NYC (Stuytown area)
We are looking for someone to care for our 7 year old weekdays after school, picking him up from school at 2:40pm and spending time with him until approximately 6pm. Ideally, this would be 5 days a week but could potentially work with 3-4 days. We are seeking a caregiver that is energetic, positive and outgoing and will take him to the playground, museums and other nearby activities, as well as get down on the floor to play, get creative and be engaging when at home. We are an easygoing family and looking for someone who can be flexible and compassionate and at the same time comfortable to set and maintain boundaries when necessary. Experience is a must, educational background in childhood development preferred but not required.
