CURRENTLY LOOKING TO QUICKLY FILL ~~ FULL TIME POSITION.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Customer Support Specialist offering a few years of experience in Customer Support positions combined with enthusiasm for taking on challenging team and customer needs.
- Open and clear communicator with a well-organized approach and conscientious nature.
- Familiar with e-commerce, furniture industry (a PLUS), customer preferences, company policies and other regulations.
- Fully proficient in Phone support | E-Mail Support - (preferred skills).
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment with a moderate number of phone calls a day.
- Evaluate customer information to explore issues, develop potential solutions and maintain high-quality service.
- Driving overall sales results within store, by saving sales.
- Provide sales assistance to customers in other areas of store
- Take a consultative selling approach to building customer relationships.
- Gaining product knowledge and sales solutions expertise.
- Ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture.
- Professional interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to work and manage a team.
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Answering emails & customer calls per day, addressing customer inquiries, solving problems and providing product information.
- Quickly and accurately answered customer questions, suggested effective solutions.
- Remain polite when speaking with difficult guests on the phone. •
- Multitask to handle diverse customer needs during busy and high-volume days.
- Prioritizing tasks to keep up with challenging deadlines. •
- Preserving revenue streams by utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Offering refunds as last resort to maintain customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two- three years of experience.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule weekends, holidays, and special sales events.
- Professional dress required.
- Proficient computer skills, a plus. Training provided in all fields.
