Qualifications: • Real Estate License required • Personal accountability • Be a team player - WE is bigger than ME, see abundance as the potential • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth • Sales experience and success in achieving your goals • Strong time management skills • Willingness to LEARN new tools, systems, and technology • Self-motivation to tackle consistent actions Compensation: $80,000+ Commission Based position
